1. Exchange Policy: Merchandise can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unused, intact, and in saleable condition, accompanied by the original product tag and invoice. Garments may only be exchanged for stitching snags; no refunds or credit notes will be issued. Color bleeding or embroidery issues are not guaranteed. Used, damaged, or altered items are ineligible for exchange.
    

2. Accessories and Footwear: Accessories and footwear/socks are non-exchangeable.
    

3. Shipping Policy: a. Delivery Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with an estimated delivery of 7-10 business days. b. Shipping Cost: Domestic orders enjoy free delivery. c. Shipping Locations: Currently delivering to select Indian cities. Provide complete address details with PIN code during purchase. d. Tracking Your Order: Receive a tracking number via email post-shipment. e. Order Delays: Unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times; contact customer support for assistance. f. Shipping Methods: Trusted carriers ensure safe delivery, with varied methods based on order size.
    

4. Order Changes/Cancellations: Confirmed orders cannot be edited. Address changes are accepted within six hours of order placement or before shipping, whichever is earlier. Once shipped, orders are non-modifiable and non-cancellable.
