SHIPPING & RETURNS

• Merchandise can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase provided the merchandise is unused intact and in saleable condition and without the use of perfume with the original product tag and invoice as the proof of purchase.

•  Any type of accessories cannot be exchanged, footwear/socks...

• Garments can only be exchanged and no refund (Cash) / Credit note can be issued in return.

• Garments can be replaced only in case of any stitching snags.

• Any color bleeding issues or embroidery glitches cannot be guaranteed.

• Any used damaged and altered merchandise will be not considered to exchange.

• You are requested to kindly read the wash/ garments care instructions carefully as stated on the tag of the garments and follow the same to avoid damage.

• Disputes, if any will be subject to Warangal Jurisdiction.

• The company reserves the right to amend and/or alter any terms or conditions as its sole direction.
